Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Success Team Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with communities regarding expensive and non-formulary
medication orders and educate on alternatives
Maintain detailed records of orders requiring follow-up and ensure
timely communication with community staff
Assist with data entry, review Medicare D claims, and perform
insurance and billing clerical duties
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Pharmacy Technician License and/or Certification (CPhT) as per
State requirements
Minimum one year of data entry experience
General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel,
and Outlook
Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
