Home Health: The Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct patient care in a patient’s place of residence under the direction/supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides nursing care within the scope of practice for licensed vocational nursing and accepts responsibility of individual nursing actions, competence, decisions and behavior in the course of vocational nursing practice. Required Experience Home Health: Required: Current California license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing. A minimum of one year nursing experience, preferably in an acute care facility with a medical-surgical background. Current CPR card. Current California driver's license and valid auto insurance. Home Health experience preferred.
