We're looking for a safety-minded and dependable Production Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team! This position will operate one or multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.

This role will include moving raw material, handling the production line, and/or Thawing, Batching, Mixing, Grinding, Injecting, Slicing, Cooking, Verifying Water Activity, Cutting, Packing (Filling, Sealing, Coding), labeling or boxing product in either a dry or wet setting of temperatures ranging from 32 degrees- 80 degrees. Remove damaged products or supplies, as needed. Position responsible for production Changeovers. Maintains required product inspection processes. Performs basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will bring at least 6 months of food or beverage experience. Position requires lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling items repeatedly over the established work period. This position requires walking or standing most of the time during the shift and may include climbing stairs. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks will help keep operations running smoothly. Clear communication and a collaborative attitude are also key, as you'll be working closely with multiple departments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
