Job Description:
A company is looking for an International Consultant to support
women's political participation and quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing monitoring of legislative changes in regard to
electoral gender quotas
Update and upload information on parliament quotas and electoral
systems to the UN Gender Quota portal
Support data compilation on women's representation in local
government and executive positions
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social or Political Science, Human Rights, Law
or related field
Minimum of three years of professional experience in women's
political participation and gender quotas research
Data, research, and IT skills, including experience with databases
and websites
Analytical and writing skills related to women's political
participation and quotas
Fluency in oral and written English
