Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Process Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to explore new insurance products,
models, and markets
Design and maintain competitor agency information to provide
marketplace intelligence
Handle new projects and make recommendations based on analysis and
data-driven insights
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent
experience
Minimum of five years of experience in process design/redesign or
technical role
Ability to define problems, evaluate data analysis, and draw valid
conclusions and recommendations
Design and maintenance of documentation repositories
Excellent communication, consulting, and collaboration skills
