University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB ('UEC') supports the
university's educational mission by providing quality services that
complement the instructional program. The University depends upon
UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds.
We're responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but
not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending
services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and
local funding for research and sponsored projects.
Position Summary
Temporary, full time, 'non-exempt', benefited position through
6/30/2023 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon
availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job
performance).
Work Schedule
Anticipated 40 hours per week. To be determined, 40 hours per week;
schedule may require working irregular hours including evenings,
weekends, but typically Monday - through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Incumbent must be able to participate in remote or on campus work
depending on the directives from the CSUSB campus.
Salary: $3,813.26-$4,506.58 per month

Project Summary:
California State University, San Bernardino is located in San
Bernardino in the Inland Empire, 60 miles east of Los Angeles.
CSUSB offers programs through the colleges of Arts and Letters,
Business and Public Administration, Education, Natural Sciences,
Social and Behavioral Sciences and operates a satellite campus in
Palm Desert located in Coachella Valley. CSUSB serves approximately
20,700 students and offers 47 undergraduate, 35 graduate and one
doctoral degree as well as 13 programs with national accreditation.
CSUSB is designated as a Hispanic Serving Institution and is

to serve the needs of children and families in the local region
through applied research, education, and service. Currently, our
faculty oversee active funded partnerships with First 5, San

Youth Services, and the Department of Education. CSUSB is a

Typical Activities
The Project Analyst will work under the direction of the Program
Administrator and QCC faculty higher education supervisor as well
as in support of various projects within ICDFR. The Project Analyst
will have the following duties:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's in Child Development or related field
Experience: Experience in child care programs and familiarity with
QRIS systems, early childhood workforce and higher education

Supplemental Information
UEC is an EOE - Minority/Female/Disability/Veterans. This position

sensitive position. The selected candidate must successfully pass a
thorough background investigation to include a criminal history

CSU policy requires all faculty, staff and students (on or off
campus) to be immunized (i.e. vaccinated) against the virus that
causes COVID-19.
As part of the campus community, CSUSB requires all UEC employees
to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or present a medical or
religious exemption and any appropriate back up documentation.
Fully vaccinated is defined as having the last immunization shot at
least 14 days prior to the date being evaluated. Current and new
employees of UEC are required to adhere to this policy by September
20, 2021 and remain in adherence after that date. All employees are
also required to receive COVID booster shots and submit a daily
health screen to access any on or off campus location.
