Position Description
Seeking a hybrid opportunity as a Project Control Analyst where you
can make a difference every day here in sunny San Diego? We welcome

The Project Control Analyst participates in the planning, tracking,
analysis and reporting of performance on projects of varying
contract type, size, complexity and level of risk. This role will
be a key member of the program team and works directly with the
Program Manager to help define the project's goals and objectives;
and recommends actions to improve progress and performance. You
will have significant interface with Program/Project Managers,
senior technical staff, as well as other functional organizations
including contracts, financial accounting, accounts receivable,
subcontract management and procurement.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency,
the salary range for this role is $78,956.02 to $128,303.53;
however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer,
including but not limited to, the role and associated
responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
education/training, and key skills.
