Job Description:
A company is looking for a Multiple Primaries Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily operations and resolve sample processing issues to
ensure timely and accurate results
Serve as the primary contact for Multiple Primary orders,
documenting all communications and actions taken
Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and
training for enhanced customer experiences
Required Qualifications
Four-year degree preferred, two-year degree required
3 - 5 years of related laboratory or medical facility customer
experience
Understanding of HIPAA regulations
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Experience with oncology tests and administrative procedures
