Job Description:

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Specialist in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance Salesforce operations and contracts for the sales team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business outcomes and sales processes
Proactively identify and implement sales process improvements and automation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field
5+ years of professional experience in sales operations or business analytics/process optimization
Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com, with CPQ experience as a plus
Intermediate level spreadsheet experience
Understanding of post closed-won processes and contracts terminology
