Job Description:

A company is looking for a Training and Development Lead Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training and development needs assessment
Develop training and development programs and objectives
Plan and organize employee development and training events

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs
Experience participating in the implementation of large-scale learning and development changes
Industry experience as a senior professional or manager in business
Certified Professional in Learning & Performance Development (CPLP) preferred
