Under general supervision the Provider Support Liaison is responsible for analyzing the provider's eligibility and documentation in accordance with county and state guidelines. The Provider Support Liaison provides technical assistance to child care providers, maintains file accuracy and responds to inquiries regarding requirements and procedures of CCFA programs.


Pay Rate: $20.37 per hour






Essential Duties And Responsibilities




Within the team structure, provides support to providers and other departments to ensure providers are in compliance with county and state guidelines which include the following responsibilities:


  • Receive and process documentation to determine provider eligibility for subsidized child care programs. Review documentation for accuracy and approve or deny within a specified timeframe. Follow up with providers for missing or incomplete documentation. 20%
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for their assigned caseload. 10%
  • Maintain knowledge of the databases such as NoHo CARE, R&R NoHo, Laserfiche, Provider Portal, Connect, and IRS TIN matching to ensure compliance and accurate monthly reports such as the ISD Zip codes, QRIS, and Red Flag reports. 10%





    Job Specifications





    • Associate's Degree in the field of Child Development, Social Work, Human Services, Family Studies, or related field or 2 years equivalent work experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to successfully interface with others.
    • Excellent organizational skills; knowledge of general office procedures.
