A tech company is seeking a Head of Data Science and Machine
Learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders to define and execute a vision
for data and analytics
Design and drive overall strategy and roadmap for data processes,
systems, and tools
Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, machine learning
engineers, and data analysts
Required Qualifications:
Masters or Ph.D. in a quantitative or technical field
Minimum of 10 years of deep technical experience in advanced Data
Science domains
Strong leadership capabilities with experience collaborating and
leading teams
Flexible attitude with a growth mindset and ability to rapidly
action feedback
Strong work ethic with a proactive and collaborative mindset
