Job Description:

A company is looking for a Business Process Transformation Lead.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business process transformation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the organization
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify process inefficiencies and gaps & improvement opportunities, develop business cases, and make data-driven recommendations for transformative changes

Qualifications:

8+ years experience working to deliver transformational change initiatives and a proven track record in implementing large scale, global transformation
3-5+ years team leadership experience (direct and matrixed)
Strong project management and decision-making skills, with a track record of working with business process owners and other stakeholders to determine and influence the best process and technology solutions for complex business issues, managing and delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
Hands on expertise in process modeling, process documentation/visualization, journey maps and other core process related capabilities
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
