Job Description:

A company is looking for an Operations Associate.
Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and support loads for the company's drayage solution using proprietary software
Ensure accurate and complete data entry into systems and track it appropriately
Reduce inefficiencies in port logistics and handle communications with customers and drivers

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of operational experience in a tech-enabled environment
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and GSuite
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in ambiguous situations
Demonstrated knowledge of the supply-chain/logistics industry
