Job Description:
A company is looking for a Seasonal Quality Specialist for their
remote customer operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate customer service representatives' phone, email,
and chat contact records for accuracy and quality
Provide timely and constructive feedback to improve the customer
experience
Support team leadership by serving as a subject matter expert on
customer service standards and best practices
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an eCommerce
or retail setting
Well-developed computer skills, including Google Docs, Sheets, and
Slides
A record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations in the
past 12 weeks
