Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Spa Front Desk Agent to
join the team at Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa to greets clients and
introduce the facilities and program components to individuals and
groups. If making meaningful connections, figuring out what it

Position Description & Job Responsibilities
+ Greeting clients as they enter the Facility.
+ Providing clients with tours and information related to the
Facility and its features.
+ Assisting clients and guests with proper equipment usage.
+ Answering the telephone identifying yourself, your department,
and offering assistance.
+ Taking appointments either by phone or in person and recording
the transactions in the appropriate area.
+ Following daily checklist as provided by the Spa.
+ Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security
+ Keeping the facility center clean, orderly, and well stocked
with necessary items.
+ Monitors the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and
provides direction or instruction when appropriate.
Formal Education and Job-Related Requirements
+ CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
+ Computer knowledge.
+ Ability to communicate effectively.
+ Dependable and reliable.
Job-Related Physical Requirements
Sitting, Bending Over, Crouching, Gross Motor Skills, Lifting up
to 50 lbs., Far Vision & Hearing. Frequent Walking, Reaching,
Manual Dexterity, Fine Motor Skills, Near Vision, Hand Eye
Coordination and Color Recognition. Constant Standing
Environmental Factors include
Working; Inside and outside, Closely with others,
Noise/Vibrations, Excessive Humidity and Dampness, with
Chemicals/Detergents/Cleaners and Working Around
