As a VP, Product Manager, are you ready to embrace the Health, Wealth or Payroll cloud offerings and product lifecycle responsibilities?

What we meanCustomer and market research, generating new product ideas, constructing business cases and evaluating ROI, creating product vision, assessing competitive landscape, defining and prioritizing requirements, and guiding implementation.

As there is no "i" in team, you will partner with Development, Marketing, Sales and Senior Management to provide "best in class" offerings and IP enabled services to our customers AND deliver value (ROI) to them.

What are the role's deliverables, you ask?

Strategic Planning

  • Keep on top of and abreast of competitors, track key market trends, understand our clients and propose business strategy direction to the executive team
  • Through strong client and partner relationships, you will lead research for new product ideas and existing product enhancements
  • Define request evaluation and selection processes for new offerings, products and product enhancements
  • Via mutual strategic input with Marketing & Sales, you will develop a short, medium and long-term product vision, strategy and roadmap to obtain Executive Board buy-in and define investment and prioritization.

Product Management and Development

  • Identify all stakeholders (internal and external) and their unique needs
  • Define product features, user experience, and expected system behavior in different scenarios
  • Document and rank overall product requirements (functional and non-functional) using quantitative benefits data and implementation costs to prioritize all development tasks
  • Develop, align, communicate, and maintain the overall product roadmap
  • Discuss approved roadmaps with clients and partners, solicit their feedback, and incorporate into overall product requirements and roadmap updates as appropriate
  • Establish, prioritize, and maintain detailed release-level product backlog with acceptance criteria
  • Define release goals and plan balancing outward looking customer perspective with internal value stream management, get team and executive buy-in
  • Monitor and manage release execution to maximize ROI
  • Organize 'the horizontal' collaboration of the product over the different product life cycle functions (management, engineering, testing, client support and product consulting)
  • Collaborate with implementation and transition teams and ensure they have the right instructions (methodology) of what and how to implement

Measurements and Reporting

  • Maintain product release roadmap and update executives regarding any changes on regular basis
  • Provide regular status updates on product development progress (actual vs. plan)
  • Collect detailed metrics that showcase the benefits of using the product
  • Post launch feedback collection and tracking against business case in both summary and in measurements and reporting section

Product Sales Support

  • Develop and conduct product training for Sales, Marketing and partner teams
  • Work with marketing and sales to develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan
  • Team up with sales teams on strategic accounts to develop compelling use cases and powerful enabling tools, making these accounts brand ambassadors


  • Technical ability - comfortable talking about solutions, learning from existing examples, and speaking on any of the technical aspects that the product team is working on
  • Minimum five years of experience building, scaling and managing a mid- to large-scale platform
  • Strong business acumen, with people management experience and the ability to influence cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams to produce results.
  • 10+ years of product strategy and management experience (mostly) in SaaS products, subscriptions and platforms
  • Experience creating compelling frameworks to develop and validate product theses based on primary and secondary research
  • Outstanding strategic and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills will be needed in order to build the strong relationships that will be essential to the success of this role.
  • BPaaS and software development experience preferred
  • Benefits software experience a plus
  • Willingness to travel


  • Technical BS/BA Or experience as a working software developer required
