Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Requirements for Success in Your Role:

The People Success Partner - Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process while ensuring a world-class candidate experience. Working closely with People Success Team and hiring managers, execute creative and highly effective talent acquisition programs that attract qualified candidates for all positions. Build, maintain, and leverage external relationships with professional associations and business networks to identify and support sourcing strategies while developing future talent pipelines and referrals. Responsible to source, screen, interview, and process the hiring of candidates for clinical and non-clinical positions at all SAC Health System's locations. Identify and contribute to best practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and goal attainment.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field is strongly preferred. High School Diploma or GED is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct talent acquisition and recruiting experience, ranging from entry level to executive level positions is required; health care recruiting experience highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing confidential and sensitive information, exercising discretion, and demonstrating sound judgment with honesty, integrity, and compassion.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to establish trust and maintain effective working relationships with all hiring managers and associates; demonstrate cooperation and flexibility.
  • Demonstrated success with full life cycle recruiting.
  • Demonstrated desire and ability to provide service excellence in all areas.
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate information and details clearly and concisely. Advanced attention to detail and the ability to edit and proofread.
  • Ability to manage the hiring process, while prioritizing competing demands.
  • Strong planning, organizational and time management skills; accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Expert-level knowledge and understanding of Federal and California employment laws.
  • Expertise in the use of HRIS applicant tracking systems, job board postings, and sourcing databases.

Licensure/Certification:

  • SPHR, PHR, PHRca, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP strongly preferred.
  • Valid CA Driver's License is required.

Must be able to work in the U.S. legally. We are unable to sponsor H1B Visa's.
