Job Description Job Description Production Line Operator Automation Personnel Services is actively seeking Production Line Operators to join a well-established animal nutrition company with openings in Pasadena, TX. Lots of overtime, and long-term opportunities available! Pay Rate $13.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule and Hours Monday to Friday - Rotating shifts 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am Production Line Operator Duties and Responsibilities • Handle equipment starting and stopping activities during each designated shift. • Separate different items to be loaded onto a production line. • Load and unload items from machines and pallets. • Mix ingredients and ensure that the right amounts are added at the designated times. • Place and remove items from the conveyor belt and record data on each production cycle Production Line Operator Requirements and Qualifications • Basic mechanical Aptitude • Previous experience working in manufacturing environment, preferred. • Ability to follow detailed safety protocols and operational guidelines. • Physically able to lift and move heavy materials safely. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Job Type Full-time, temporary Benefits • Weekly Pay • Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance • 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours • 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement Plan Automation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401K matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates.
