Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who is bilingual in Spanish and capable of overseeing production operations at our Vitamin and Supplement Manufacturing facility. Pay: $22-$26/hr (DOE) Schedule: Monday-Thursday (8am-5pm) and possibly Fridays This individual will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, while ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met on production lines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping. Oversee and support production line activities as needed to meet operational goals. Manage and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and adherence to safety protocols. Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or procedures as necessary to maintain productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments such as Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members, vendors, and leadership. Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
