Job Description Job Description We are actively seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Corporate & Tax / Private Client practice. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney with 4 years of experience in corporate business transactions who is ready to take the lead on complex matters alongside the Firm's Managing Partner. A hybrid schedule and flexibility are available based on experience and performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage corporate and tax matters for private clients Draft and negotiate documents related to business transactions (e.g., M&A, sales, purchase agreements, partnership agreements) Collaborate directly with senior partners and clients on complex structuring and transactional issues Contribute to matters originated by the Corporate & Tax Team Meet a billable target of 1,800 hours annually Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school; active California Bar membership Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate law or business transactions Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Experience with private client services or tax matters is a plus Ability to work independently and manage complex projects Benefits Competitive salary range: $115,000–$178,000 Hybrid work environment Flexible schedule options based on skills and performance Opportunity to work closely with firm leadership and gain hands-on experience with high-level matters Salary Range: $115,000 - $178,000 Reference: 147687
