Job Description Job Description Title: Litigation Attorney Location: Irvine, Woodland Hills, or Riverside, CA Pay: $125,000 - $185,000 bonus structure (DOE) We are a wellestablished civil litigation firm with a strong presence across Southern California. Our team handles a broad range of defense matters and is known for providing highquality representation, strong mentorship, and meaningful courtroom opportunities for attorneys looking to advance their careers. As our caseload continues to grow, we are expanding our litigation team in multiple offices. What You Will Be Doing • Manage a diverse caseload involving general liability and related civil defense matters. • Handle written discovery, law and motion, depositions, and case strategy development. • Draft pleadings, briefs, and substantive reports for internal and client review. • Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other litigation proceedings. • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case planning and trial preparation. • Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and reliable case management. What You Need for this Position • Active California Bar license required. • 4 years of civil litigation experience, ideally within insurance defense or a closely related practice area. • Trial or courtroom exposure is a plus — especially for attorneys seeking more trialtrack opportunities. • Deposition experience strongly preferred. • Strong writing, analytical, and casemanagement skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastmoving environment. • Professionalism, sound judgment, and a commitment to highquality client service.
