Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Attorney.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients through
various communication methods
Adhere to standard protocols and implement feedback from Project
Managers and Supervisors
Create and update scripting and procedures for claims and
correspondence teams
Required Qualifications:
JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree and
LLM
Flexible and customer service focused
Ability to handle changing or competing priorities
Strong technical orientation and excellent computer skills
Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access,
and Outlook
