and looking to hire 4 customer support reps in the next couple of
weeks! Please note - candidates must have a 4-year degree for this
particular client. Ideal candidate will have 3-5yrs of desk
experience after college. We are actively seeking a dynamic college
graduate in the Torrance market. If you have a positive,
professional demeanor and understand the importance of making and
building relationships with clients, this opportunity is perfect
for you! They're interviewing Monday and Tuesday. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
REP Location: Torrance 90503 - 100% In-Office Type: Very long-term
temp; approx. 1yr Pay: $24hr I have been working with this client
for several years and everyone enjoys working there.
Responsibilities: • Heavy data entry of customer information into
the portal • Responding to emails, phone calls, chats, and social
media comments in a courteous and concise manner. • Troubleshooting
customer issues in fulfillment • Reporting issues customers may be
experiencing if noticing a trend • Being the first point of contact
for the company and escalating inquiries to the proper person in a
timely manner Skills: • Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating modern
software and business systems • Ideally recent graduates or
early-career professionals who are eager to gain experience in
business operations and support • Strong written communication
skills for handling phone and email-based customer support •
Comfortable working on-site in a small, collaborative team
