A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who is
fluent in Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, email/tickets, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced website and email issues
Support Spanish-speaking customers in their preferred language
Required Qualifications
Experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
Strong troubleshooting skills for websites and email systems
Experience with web hosting platforms is a strong plus
A customer service background or a related tech role is an
asset
Fluent in Spanish and English
