Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead/Principal Technical AI Ethicist
with expertise in Machine Learning and NLP.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and educate teams on risk mitigation strategies in AI and
product development
Identify potential ethical issues and create solutions throughout
the product lifecycle
Propose, plan, and implement AI testing operations and standardize
ethical testing practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree
preferred
7+ years of experience in AI ethics, research, or related roles
Experience in ML and NLP technologies and analyzing large-scale
data sets
Strong leadership and communication skills
Published research on algorithmic fairness, accountability, and AI
safety
