Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
Help clients define business problems requiring business process
improvements and training
Deliver training recommendations to clients after analyzing the
business/technology ecosystem of the client
Design a curriculum that reflects the configuration and business
processes of operations based on the IKA System
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
3+ years of overall experience in training for claims operations
end users, project management, and system/process implementation,
with at least 2 years of Medicare Advantage claims experience
Minimum of three years of hands-on experience with the IKA
System
Thorough understanding of agile software development
methodologies
Experience in business requirement definition, training, project
management, and IKA System/process implementation
