Responsible for exceeding the customer expectations at the bar by
providing them with friendly, prompt, and attentive service, that
is guided by each guest’s preference and cues. Will efficiently
craft every drink to perfection with proper safety, tools and
recipe standards, while serving customers responsibly. Must have an
extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu and be able to
recommend and upsell. Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas
of the restaurant as business needs arise. Teamwork is essential
and expected of all Outbackers. Provides expertise and support to
Servers on beverage selections and offerings. Commitment to food
safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards.
REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs. Must be
a minimum of 21 years of age. Able to work in hot and cold
environments. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of
time, up to 8 hours per shift. Frequent bending, reaching,
kneeling, squatting and stooping. Manual dexterity to handle
glassware, utensils and technology systems. Ability to move quickly
in a fast-paced environment. Visual ability to include distance,
close, color, depth and peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust
focus as needed. The role involves working in areas with low or dim
lighting. Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or
without reasonable accommodation. For all California based
