Delivery Driver

ARC is looking for a Delivery Driver to help us continue to provide the best employment experience for employees; and, continued excellent service for our customers.

Description:

We are seeking candidates for our vacant Delivery Driver role to work with the Operations teams to provide order processing, packaging, and delivery services in the assigned divisions or regions. Tasks may include performing production, operations and sales support functions to support the business by performing the following duties:

• Delivery printed goods ranging from books to boards, cases of paper to rolls of paper.
  Experience and Qualifications:
  
  • High School Degree or equivalent education
    
  • 1 - 2 years of delivery driver experience
    
  • Prior equipment delivery experience a plus
    
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and align operations and sales processes to achieve business results
    
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, resourcefully with minimal oversight
    
  • Demonstrated experience in developing strong working relationships with internal and external customers
    
  • Must have a clean driving record. (DMV required)
    
  • Willing to work reasonable overtime when needed to meet customer demands and shop goals.
    Work shift: M-F 9am - 4:30pm
    
    ARC offers a competitive pay range of $16.00 to $19.68/hr DOE, comprehensive benefits which include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance benefits, 401(k) with a company match, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan that allows employees to purchase ARC's stock 15% below market.
