Accurately type new and/or refill prescriptions. Communicate with patients regarding prescriptions. Communicate with other pharmacies to obtain and follow up on transfer requests. Communicate with prescriber offices to obtain and follow up on new prescription requests. Assist in answering new patient questions via phone and text. Preferred Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Attention to detail Team player Able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment Flexible and adaptable to change Able to type at least 45 WPM Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. CA Pharmacy Technician License preferred. 6 months to 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
