Job Description MedAdventures is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for a travel job in San Bernardino, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Dietician Role $1,850 per week About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) team. The Dietitian will play a key role in supporting participants’ nutritional needs by developing individualized care plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote health, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for PACE participants. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans. Provide nutrition education and counseling to participants, caregivers, and staff. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, therapists, and other care team members to ensure integrated care. Monitor participant progress and adjust care plans as needed. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and PACE program requirements. Participate in care team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field. Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential. State licensure (if required). Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with older adults, preferably in a long-term care, rehabilitation, or PACE setting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
