Description Providence is calling for applications for our August 2025 RN ICU Fellowship at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. Required qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
• upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
