This oversight will include supervision of:Care management and personnel management associated with the clinical delivery.Orientation and ongoing evaluation of homecare caregivers.The assurance of clinical skills and competency of caregivers.Caregiver development through education and training under the direction of the office clinical leader.The position will be both in office and field facing with travel required to patient homes for onsite visitsMinimum Requirements:Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located)Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferredSupervisory experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is requiredProficiency in the English language is requiredLooking for a team player with skills in time management, organization, and customer serviceSalary Details:Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 plus annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterlyAbout Maxim Healthcare ServicesMaxim Healthcare Services has been making a difference in the lives of our patients, caregivers, employees and communities for more than 30 years.
