Job Description:

An established multispecialty surgical practice in San Bernardino, CA is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their team. Candidates will work primarily work in a clinic setting, round in the hospital and assist in surgery as needed. Local providers with an active CA State License will be considered first.*Responsibilities:** Full-time permanent position - mix of general surgery, vascular surgery, plastic surgery and surgical oncology* Monday-Friday schedule* NO call or weekend requirements requirements* Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments* Diagnose conditions through physical examinations, medical imaging, and laboratory tests* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed*Qualifications:** California State License* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively* Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems*Benefits:** Competitive base salary* Health insurance* PTO, sick days, holidays* CME allowanceNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
