Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Review Pharmacist Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a team of prior authorization Pharmacists
Ensure high quality reviews, adherence to turnaround times, and
exceptional member experiences
Drive performance through measurement of key performance indicators
and identify areas for operational process improvements
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of health plan or pharmacy benefit manager experience in
prior authorization review
2-3+ years of management experience
Proficiency in Mac, MS Office, G-Suite
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Active Pharmacist License
