A company is looking for an Oncology Customer Experience
Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and electronic
channels
Document information accurately and thoroughly
Support Territory Manager team and process cases with exception
processes
Required Qualifications:
Two-year degree or 3 years of customer service experience
Completion of HIPAA/PHI privacy training within 30 days of hire
Excellence in de-escalating customer behavior
Adaptability to change and self-starter
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
