Duties


Provide excellent, safe services in care and treatment including bathing, feeding, oral care, dressing, and moving residents from area to area

Wake up residents, assist with morning grooming and move resident to dining room as needed

Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the residents

Assist the RN, LPN/LVN and other members of the clinical team in the care of the residents

Recognize emergency situations and implement appropriate emergency procedures per care center policy

Observe, report, and document any changes in patient status

Assists patient with prescribed exercises as necessary

Maintains a culture of safety and quality

Qualifications


High school diploma or GED

At least 18 years old

Proof of COVID vaccination

Ability to undergo criminal and drug background checks

Willingness to undergo training

Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects

Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance
