Salary: $160,000-$195,000 + Full Benefits

The ARRA Group, a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, has partnered with a highly awarded southern California medical center to hire a passionate and skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist in their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

In this CNS role, you will lead a team of passionate nurses, provide clinical expertise, and oversee the NICU's daily operations and future direction at one of the Nation's "Top 50 Best Places to Work" in healthcare.

Responsibilities
Serve as a clinical expert and resource for the NICU's nursing staff, physicians, Neonatologists, NNP NICU Nurse Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals
Monitor key performance indicators and use research and data to drive quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
Work collaboratively with the nursing staff and consult with patient care managers to optimize clinical outcomes and educate the team on best practices
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that support the hospital's and the NICU's goals
Assist in creating and implementing training, mentoring, and education for the NICU staff using evidence-based neonatal care practices
Requirements
Master's Degree in Nursing MSN
Current RN and CNS License in California
Clinical experience in Neonatal Critical Care, NICU, Neonatology
Clinical experience as CNS, Resource Nurse, and Clinical Educator
