Position Summary: Functions as a member of patient care team in providing competent care to patients according to their individual needs. Coordinates patient care and delegates responsibilities to team members within their scope of practice and competencies.
.Qualifications POSITION REQUIREMENTS Licensure/Certification/ Registration:

• Valid California RN license.
• Current BCLS certification.
• ACLS due within 30 days of hire
• National RN Certification preferred
• PALS Preferred Education:
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.Experience:
• StaRN program is required for all new graduate RN position into the Critical Care departments.
• StaRN PLUS program may be required if most recent ICU experience was less than one year and/or previous experience in a facility with a Trauma designation of level III V. SpecialQualifications:
• Computer literate
