A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Assay Development.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact between sponsors and the organization, ensuring positive relationships and resolution of project challenges
Develop Project Charters and maintain project documentation, including communication plans and study records
Proactively identify and manage project risks, while providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree (MS, PhD) in life sciences, engineering, or related field preferred
7+ years of project management experience in the Medical Device or IVD Global industry, focusing on product development
Experience in managing molecular diagnostic assay development projects under regulatory compliance
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, particularly with software engineers and scientists
Strong analytical skills and the ability to build project timelines and establish relationships with stakeholders
