Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Case Manager Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Work with case managers and agencies to enroll new members and
update accounts
Answer incoming calls and communicate with agencies and CMs to
ensure accurate information
Process tasks in H2H and Rivet work queues to maintain accurate
client records and billing
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of
education and/or experience
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and
Teams preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and complete
tasks
Customer service skills at an entry level with a commitment to
providing excellent service
