Job Description:
A company is looking for a Risk & Compliance Learning Manager to
develop and implement training programs aimed at reducing
enterprise risk.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of training and awareness
initiatives aligned with compliance requirements
Draft tailored communication content for internal awareness
campaigns and facilitate engagement activities
Analyze data to measure training effectiveness and report findings
to cross-functional partners and leadership
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in building business or learning
strategies
3 years of experience in developing learning and communication
content using a human-centered design approach
3 years of experience managing projects with cross-functional
partners
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field is
preferred
Experience in compliance or information security learning content
development is a plus
