Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Client Success who will
lead the customer success team, manage key enterprise accounts, and
drive product utilization and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the customer success team and optimize people, processes, and
strategies in a customer-first manner
Manage key enterprise accounts at both the executive and
operational levels
Drive product utilization and expansion through onboarding,
training, and hands-on support
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience managing and developing enterprise client
partnerships for major brands
Consistent overachievement in product adoption and quota
attainment
Established and nurtured strong client relationships with
executives and within large customer organizations
Ability to deliver results by focusing on retention and driving
pipeline growth for SaaS-based contracts
Experience managing, consulting, and negotiating with Enterprise
customers
