Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success PMO and Enablement
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead a team of program and project managers, enablement
specialists, and quality specialists
Establish and oversee PMO operations, including project planning,
communication, and portfolio management
Develop and maintain quality programs and role-specific learning
journey programs for the Customer Success department
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of people management experience
5+ years of project management experience
Demonstrated ability to build program management infrastructure and
operations
Strong organizational leadership skills and clear communication
abilities
Experience standing up a quality or enablement program is a
plus
