Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Promise Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the daily operations of the Customer Promise team
Monitor goals and service level agreements to ensure performance
levels are met
Research, investigate, and respond to escalated service issues with
internal and external customers
Required Qualifications:
3 years of direct supervisory experience within a Customer Service
Administrative/Call Center department
Ability to collect data, organize, deliver, and hold direct reports
accountable for KPI expectations
Demonstrated leadership experience with strengths in quality
management and process improvements
Flexibility with schedule dependent on needs of the business during
the hours of operation Mon-Fri 7am to 6pm CST
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook,
PowerPoint)
