Job Description:
A company is looking for a Network Development Manager in the
USA with a salary range of $105,000 to $130,000 per year for a
full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, negotiate, and manage high-level facility, physician, and
ancillary contracting
Oversee and direct a team of Contract Specialists
Perform ongoing analysis for all contracts pertaining to
organizational and client needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience negotiating contracts with
individual or complex provider systems or groups
Proven working knowledge of provider financial issues, complex
contracting options, and regulatory requirements
Minimum of two years' experience managing and leading a team of
contract negotiators
Previous health insurance/network experience and provider relations
experience
