Job Description:

A company is looking for a Subrogation Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and direct multiple operations teams focused on investigating opportunities, handling files, and recoveries
Implement department policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate internal controls
Analyze team and client recoveries and trends

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or ten years of related experience, including management experience
Excellent knowledge of data analysis
Analytical mind with SharePoint and Excel skills
Strong results and client orientation with demonstrated ability to meet aggressive targets
Proven experience in a role requiring budgetary oversight and metrics management preferred
