Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Initiatives in Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with business objectives
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and insights to the CTO for decision-making

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in cable/telecom industry with strong technical background and PMP certification
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Data-driven problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
