Job Description:

A company is looking for a Data Science Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a data science team to build advanced quantitative/Statistical/Machine Learning algorithms and perform analyses
Design and develop data science solutions to build analytical capabilities
Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical and quantitative solutions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience developing and applying Statistical/ML/predictive methods
2+ years of experience as a people manager leading technical teams
Deep understanding of Statistical and Machine Learning algorithms and their applications to business questions
Proficiency in R, Python, SAS, or other relevant Statistical/Computer programming languages and SQL
