Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Client Service who will be
responsible for leading a team of frontline associates to provide
exceptional support to clients using HR/Benefits software.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of frontline associates to provide direct
support to clients
Coach and develop direct reports, identify training needs, and
align workflow to meet clients' needs
Track support metrics, execute programs to foster client
satisfaction, and investigate and recommend solutions for client
issues
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of management experience, preferably in a
technology-related industry
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
Payroll and/or HCM software knowledge preferred
Excellent leadership and motivational skills
Flexibility in scheduling and ability to adapt in a deadline-driven
environment
